Cindy Guardado is a compassionate patient advocate and board-certified Nurse Practitioner committed to practicing medicine with a holistic approach to providing quality care. She possesses the natural ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Cindy is skilled in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver services in multiple dynamic settings.

 

 

Cindy studied at the University of Texas Houston and graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2014. Soon after graduation, she worked as a neonatal intensive care unit registered nurse both at Clearlake Regional Hospital and The Woman’s Hospital of Texas from 2014-2017. She then expanded her nursing experience into the post anesthesia care unit at Doctors United Surgery Center until 2020. In 2018, she decided to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

 

Since graduating, she has worked as a bilingual nurse practitioner in the care of chronic pain management patients. Her experiences have allowed her to enhance the clinical skills necessary to provide the highest level of patient care. Cindy is committed to helping patients achieve their ultimate wellness goals and provide them with the support and resources needed to be successful on their individual journey.
